Postgraduate programmes & courses

All application forms referred to below are available from the School. You can contact us by either telephone (01634 883150) or via our contact form.

Postgraduate Certificate and Diploma in General Pharmacy

Practice Students must agree with their employer before applying for the programme that this is part of their band 6 role as work-place support is an integral part of the programme. Students then complete the School Application Form and return it to the Programme Leader, Linda Dodds.

Postgraduate Certificate in Independent and Supplementary Prescribing

Students need to complete the School Application Form and the Medway School of Pharmacy Prescribing Programme Application Form. This later form includes signatures from the student’s identified doctor mentor, the supporting organisation (Trust or PCT) which confirms access to an identified prescribing budget of completion of studies. The completed forms should be returned to the Programme Leader, Trudy Thomas.

PGCert/Diploma/MSc in Medicines Management

Students need to complete the School Application Form and return this to the Programme Leader, Trudy Thomas.

Short Courses

Students should complete the Short Course Registration Form in full and return this to the Postgraduate Programme Leader, Trudy Thomas.
