Biological sciences
The Biological Sciences group is housed in newly refurbished laboratories with dedicated state-of-the-art molecular biological, tissue culture, electrophysiological and microscopy facilities. We currently comprise eight full time members of academic staff, one research assistant, three technicians and eight PhD students. Our research is divided into two broad themes: neuroscience and immunology/microbiology.
